I love the colors and design and vintage look—the closeup swatch photo closely reflects the actual look of the rug. The main photo is difficult to see what it really looks like because it has "sunlight" unevenly streaming across it, so the pattern looks to be washed out unevenly and it made me eliminate it initially as an option. But the closeup swatch photo is what caught my eye and led to my order. The only question I have for the manufacturer is whether the "nap" will "rejuvenate" from being flattened when folded so that the colors will be evenly vibrant. Depending on which direction u view it from, it can look vibrant or washed out. I'm hoping and assuming this is temporary because it's a beautiful rug that captures the colors of my grey leather furniture, the blue-grey, creams and yellows of the stone fireplace as well as the vibrant oranges and corals of my artwork and accessories.
