Design Notes
Scandinavian design earns its calm: pale palettes, honest texture and nothing extra. It suits light woods, white walls and rooms that breathe, and it makes small spaces feel larger. It also reads as modern, so it moves between rooms and schemes easily. The light oak finish reads as a neutral, so it will not fight the rest of the room. Leave 14 to 18 inches between the table edge and the sofa, and choose a table about two-thirds the sofa's length.

Felt pads under the feet protect hard floors, and a SAFAVIEH area rug large enough for the front legs of all seating to rest on (8 x 10 in most living rooms, 9 x 12 in open plans), with a rug pad finishes the room - search Safavieh rugs on this site to find your size. Search SAFAVIEH on this site for other Nada pieces and coordinating lighting and decor.
The SAFAVIEH difference - For over a century, SAFAVIEH has been synonymous with exceptional quality and timeless design, a legacy carried through four generations since 1914. From New York, we offer rugs, furniture, lighting, and décor to help you design a space you love.

This table looks exactly as pictured. It is fairly sturdy and does not look cheap or flimsy. The color is as light as pictured. However, there is a spring that you install in order to keep the table from slamming down and no matter how you install it (unless ours in faulty) the table will not be flush. We wound up leaving out the spring and just being careful to lift and replace the top when needed. Disappointing for a feature that should be much easier to use and install.
Not worth the money. According to overstock, the msrp price for this table $***. There's no way that should be the price. I paid less than half of that, and I still feel like that was too much. The design is amazing. However, the craftsmanship of the actual pieces is shoddy. It's made of some kind of thick board and wrapped in woodgrain stickers that are already bubbling. The instructions weren't super difficult, but they also weren't crystal clear. The "wood" pieces aren't sitting flush against each other. The frame is solid. I plan to purchase another in the very near future and it for sure won't be from Safavieh.
I LOVE how this looks and the convenience of the lift up top and storage however, the directions for building it were almost impossible to read and the wood is wrapped in some sort of faux wood and the manufacturer did not poke holes in this wrapping where the drilled holes were so for about an hour I thought I was sent a defective item however, the drilled holes where there below the faux wood wrapping, the holes that were created through the faux wood wrapping were not fully peeled back so it made it very difficult to put in screws and bolts. The bottom was also missing two holes where the metal frame had to go in, so I had to drill my own holes. Instillation took me about 6 hours and I am a handy person.
I really love this table! It was a little challenging for me to put it together, but I did it! The wood is high quality and the fold up table is perfect!
I like the look of this table and it wipes off clean easily. However, it is not convenient to put things away inside it because the panel is really heavy to lift and sticks easily.
