The packaging and delivery were flawless. The rug did not have an odor. It was exactly what I needed for a room that gets traffic from kids and dogs.
I purchased the 9X12 for my bedroom. Nice to have a rug vs. hardwood floors in the morning. Pattern is neutral and goes with most furniture. Price was right and I am buying a smaller one for the dining room.
Rug is appealing. My issue is that I ordered 8' square. It measures 7' 9 " square. I lose 3 inches all around. That means 6 inches each way on the floor. I am not happy and request at least half refund or send the 8' square size I ordered.
This is the third rug in this style. Different size than the other 2. The quality is beautiful especially for the price. It is soft and the matte is the perfect thickness. The colors are soft and ageless. I and my quest are very happy with this purchase.
I was so excited to get this rug, the design is beautiful, the quality of the rug is thick and looks really well made with a perfect pile height only problem is that I ordered the cream/beige rug and unlike the photos on the website, it has blue undertones which does not go with my space. I will be returning due to the misleading colors.
It's a very nice rug! It's a little faded and light But it works for us!
This is a beautiful carpet and will look really nice in our great room. We like it so much we are going to buy another one for the dining room. The only problem is that it comes folded up and since we just got it, I am not sure that the creases will come out. Time will tell.
