I was replacing an awesome rug that I've had for 15+ years. This rug couldn't be more perfect in my Mid Century Modern dining room! Check out the pictures! (Ignore the cat posts!) I'm thrilled and you will be too!
A few days ago our 8'3" x 11' SAFAVIEH Handmade Soho Tetje Floral N.Z. Wool Rug arrived. It was folded up into a small rectangle. I immediately unwrapped and unfolded the carpet to lay it out flat to remove the creases and humps created by their ridiculous shipping technique. We noticed a lot of carpet fibers on the surface and figured they were wool fibers shedding a little due to the newness. The next day my wife vacuumed the carpet. Unfortunately, this exposed many bare blotches created from moths eating and defecating in the carpet. When I emptied the vacuum sweeper, the amount of carpet fibers that came loose covered a normal size paper plate from edge to edge and about six inches high. Just incredible! I find it even more incredible that they would even ship this "piece of crap" carpet out. I could not possibly recommend any Wool carpet products from Safavieh. Not even to my worst enemy. Just a crappy experience. Buy elsewhere and avoid Safavieh wool carpeting.
Another safavieh rug that I love. This rug is thick and good quality. The colors are bold and natural looking. Looks great on my wood floor.

I just ordered these rugs for my new home and I cannot tell you how happy I am with them the color quality everything is just beautiful I just ordered another matching runner to go with the beautiful rose that I received
The quality and construction are very good. My rating is based on what a poor representation the picture is compared to what I received. The colours are no where near as bright - they are all shades of brown - the orange is rust at best. The yellows are more oatmeal/mustard and the background is a lot darker. overall not close to the represented colour scheme, even allowing for natural variation. :(
I love these rugs! So much that I bought another for a different room. Absolutely premium quality, thick and soft, with colors true to photos shown. They were packed with care and instructions how to remove worked! The odor is minimal; done with after I opened a window. Creases are already disappearing after a day. They fit perfectly as anticipated. Great value from Overstock! I highly recommend this Safavieh selection, a name known for quality and design.
I love this rug. Bought it for my bathroom and it added so much color. Does not seem to shed much so that makes it all the better. Colors were just as in the pictures. So happy I bought this rug

The colors in this rug are true to the pictures. Very good quality. Soft for your feet and so many beautiful colors it gives you so many options for decorating. I also ordered the runner and it really adds to the room.
