It's pretty but not really very comfortable
This rug has held up beautifully for years. In fact I think it looks almost new and I've had it for many years. No regrets on this purchase!
Overall, the rug is made pretty well, but the color is what I was most upset about. There are also dark black strings that are hanging out of the carpet. We will be keeping it because I do not want to pay the return fee, but the color appears more yellow toned in person than tan/ jute. You definitely need a carpet mat to place underneath because the carpet will slide everywhere.
It had a smell. But otherwize a nice looking rug. It was too light for my room colors.

The rug was fine. I had to send it back because it was to large foe my room. It looked like it was well made. If the room was bigger I would have been happy with it.
Beautiful rug, looks very neat and goes with our overall decor quite well. The centre is so soft it feels heaven to walk on it. I got the 2'6" by 12' one which is in hot demand.
was happy to see it was an even better color than shown, and that both top and bottom weave is equally nice (can flip someday).
Looks beautiful but stains easily. Definitely needs a under the rug grip thing if you have tile or hard wood. I think it's better suited for outside use because it isn't very soft. Otherwise we like it.
