Beautiful Rug but color not quite as represented
Just received this rug, and it is beautiful. A lighter weight wool (you will need a thick pad!) with a raised pattern in wool (cream) & viscose (silver). However the Ivory/Silver color way has a much more yellow rich cream background and not what I would call Ivory. Still deciding if I will keep it as I already painted my walls and was expecting a more off-white and less rich cream rug...maybe should have gotten the Grey but thought that might be too dark! The silver has a bluish cast in my photos, but it is a true silver and changes color as it is like a velvet with a pile. As it is a handmade rug it does have a few slubs in the weave but not really noticeable.
