There are imperfections in the weaving and the eye goes straight to it. It looks like a stain.
I did not like it. To cheap looking and really wrinkled . Look like cloth on the floor. I returned it without hesitation!
Pros: I like the look of the rug. It is casual and works well on the long entry hall from the garage to rest of the house. Cons: It's natural fibers shed a little on the tile floor.
I searched forever to find the right rug for under the dining table. I wanted something casual, beachy but traditional. This was it! Absolutely love it!
I loved this rug but was super disappointed because the rug was bunchy and did not lay right. We had to return it. Also, this rug was very itchy!
This rug is really pretty. I ended up returning it because it wasn't quite the right blue for my room, but I would have otherwise kept it. The pictures online gave a good representation of the rug. I ultimately bought a Safavieh rug from the Montauk Collection which was a teeny bit softer under my feet.
I purchased this lightweight rug as a protection of carpet beneath it at my makeup table. it needs to be held in place in order to vacuum it but serves its purpose while also adding to and complimenting the color scheme of the room.
Was of good quality. Rough fabric and was hard to vacuum and keep clean. Definitely not for any sort of high traffic area.
This was a pretty rug that I used in the nursery. I even threw it in the wash once...I wouldn't recommend that for everyone, but I knew we were not keeping it forever so I didn't mind if it didn't survive the wash, but it did for the most part. It is thin and will need a rug pad. I purchased in 2014 and replaced in 2018. We have pets so I tend to purchase more affordable rugs that I am okay with replacing every few years.
As soon as I opened up the rug, there was a very gaseous, rotten egg smell. The color is also a much darker grey as shown in the professionally lighted photo. I don't know if the smell would eventually fade away, but not something I'd want to put in my new home. The quality of the rug seems really good just by feel. Very sturdy.
