Rugs are of adequate quality, but one rug had a rounded corner, and I purchased 2 rugs; the rugs were visibly different in color. Customer service declined to replace it until I had to call back and speak to a manager.
colors are soft and the design is lovely. We purchased two round rugs (5 ft) for sections of our living room and they look lovely on the hardwood floors. the edges need to flatten out but we have books weighting them down to accomplish that.
The rug is really pretty. Some reviews had mentioned about the "shedding" this is true. I vacuumed really good when we laid the rug down. Have vacuumed every day x 3. Think that is just about the end of the shedding. 3 concerns with the rug. I ordered a 9foot x 9 foot Ivory/Blue color. The size of my is 8'9" x 8'9". In the picture the rug looks more creamy white. The color is really on the ivory side of yellow undertones. Last scattered in the ivory are bits of navy/black . Made me think my rug was dirty but no just the colored wool miss woven into the cream area. Not a big deal but would like it better with out it. I gave it a 3 because of the size. Wish I could get my picture to up load it is a pretty rug.
The color in this rug couldn't be more beautiful! I might move this runner further from the front door and buy a matching Matt for just inside the front door…
I bought this rug (10x10) for our living room in our new house which is near the beach but very dark inside. I wanted light colors to brighten it up. This rug, at the size I ordered, weighed a TON, but we wrestled it into position and rolled it out. It is absolutely perfect - the size, the colors, the quality! It does shed quite a bit at first, but now that I've had it for several months, it's stopped. Do not hesitate. This rug is a winner!
I got this rug to lighten up a dark room and its better than I expected. The colors are vibrant, the rug is very well made and its the perfect fit for my home.
Colors are beautiful and as shown in pictures. It feels and looks rich, and exceeds my expectations. I also received it two days before expected delivery date.
The rug I received was nice enough, but it was not 9' x 12 but 8' 7" x 10' 11"....5" short!!! I specifically needed that size to fit my space. I can understand an inch or so, but 5"!!!!! Customer support was severely lacking and have NOT corrected their website.
The color is as expected per the other reviews and product description. The rug is nice and thick, also. It's still settling into place, as it just arrived a few days ago, but without any assistance it's flattening out nicely.
I've literally been through 2 rugs since December trying to find the quality and the price! This is IT!!!
