Beautiful colors does not lay flat after 3 days

I received this beautiful rug 8 by 8 round 3 days ago the color teal,ivory is perfect. I unrolled the carpet as soon as we rec. It and then rerolled it the opposite way and kept it rolled for 24 hrs. Then unrolled layed out for 8 hrs. Then followed directions vacuumed then steamed half carpet at the time . Three days later it still is not laying properly and it has been mended in a spot before I received it. so we just put the table and chairs over all the puckers and gave up.

Nice Rug - but doesn't lay flat

It is an absolutely beautiful rug. The colors are amazing! Unfortunately, the one we received is not made properly. I'm sending this one back and exchanging it. I hope the next one lays flat, and if it does I will update my post.

Not accurate color

It is suppose to be terra cotta. Does not resemble terra cotta at all! I'll be calling today to ask for a refund.

Not a huge fan. Not really able to wash. We wanted it to make it easier for our small dog to have better footing on hardwood floors and I guess it works for that but also wanted to be able to wash it. It comes up in center and is then unusable b
