The photo showed a natural ivory color, but the item I received looks more like an ivory-black shade. Overall, it doesn't match the style of my décor at all.
We meticulously decided we need 9x12 rug. This rug was cut 4 inches short on one side, 1 inch short on the other. An inch-ish error is understandable, but more than that we would consider different dimensions. Tried multiple times to get through for a return/refund and got cut off/disconnected on their end every time. Then to finally be told they wouldn't do anything as the return window was past; Even though it was their defective item they sent. Very Disappointed. Not what we needed. We never write reviews like this but it seems important enough for others to know.
Ordered this rug in various sizes/shapes. Thrilled that I could order a large 9 x 12 rug and have it delivered to my door. (Thank You BB&B!) Exceptional quality, weight (wool) and packaging for shipment. Color has a Heather gray tone; which makes it great for a variety shades. It also goes well with transitional and farmhouse pieces. I wanted a rug that didn't distract from a statement table/chairs, but that also had a little character (not just a solid color.) After looking at hundreds of rugs, this one fit the bill - it's a great quality rug, color is perfect for hiding pet hair, stains clean up easily, and it perfectly showcases my beautiful table.

I was a little hesitant about ordering this rug, and there were no reviews and the color in the description was brown and ivory, but I did it and I am happy that I did. The rug looks just like the photos. It's more of a beige/oatmeal color base vs. a true brown which is what I was hoping for. It smoothed out nicely, it does have a slight odor but seems to be getting better each day. With most wool rugs it does shed, but not excessively. Can't speak to durability as I just received it.
It is soft but not too thin. Just what I wanted!
Arrived dirty with red spots weaves into the fabric. Color more of a blue gray. A lot of creases not sure if they will come out. Must return.
