The rug is beautiful and soft, a little thin but not unusually so. I did think it would have more blue than it does. We used this in a bedroom and basically all the blue was under the bed frame so it became a grey rug.
Exactly as pictured. The rug came with thorough, helpful, and charmingly witty instructions, too. Unfortunately, my puppy stained the rug before I had a chance to scotchguard it or take a pic!
The rug is soft, and I love the pattern. Not as much blue as appears, height is approx. .40, so not too thin. For the price it is nice, considering not wool. I would have given 4 stars if not for the fact that whoever is shipping this rug is folding it in half and then in fourths verses rolling. I ordered the 9 x 12 size, so you can imagine the size of the creases/bumps that folding this size/weight of rug creates.
