I've purchased many Safavieh rugs over the years and have never regretted it! The quality for price cannot be beat! Delivery was quick and enjoying the rug!
If there were zero stars, that's what I would give it. It looks nice but unfortunately It has a very cheap feel and it is in fact made of cheap material as it starts to come off with the vacuum. I returned it.
This rug is stiff and cardboard like. Very surprised since i hv several area rugs of this brand. But this one… its not a nice texture. I tried to return it but could not get a response from bbb so i guess im stuck w it and will not use it
I had this rug in a smaller version and decided to replace it after several years. The replacement is the same gorgeous rug, but the off gassing in complete insanity. I have never been through a purchase where the chemical smell still persists after 2 months. I have had to keep the door closed in this room. I have carpet cleaned this twice. I have left an air purifier running on and off for almost 2 months and other days I open the window(when cool enough), place a box fan pointing out and run it for hours. Any time I leave he door to this room open the chemical smell comes creeping out. When I walk on it without socks. I feel a film on my feet. I am not sure what to do. I have several rugs from this manufacturer and have never had this problem. Again, I don't want this in my home any longer, but not sure what to do. Would have been 5 star if not for the chemicals. Tired of having the door to this room closed.
absolutely horrible unsafe rug. offgassing VOCs volatile organic compounds like crazy, off the charts crazy. upon opening up the rug it smelled like diesel or some sort of related chemical. it was left to air out for several days and the smell has only gotten worse. you walk into the room and it hits you and you can taste it immediately. i have an air quality monitor showing off the charts VOC levels. even with the rug removed and windows open another 24+ hours to air out, VOCs are extremely high and lingering so they have embedded into the room.
The rug is attractive, but we can't get it to lie flat, even after several days.
I like the pattern and durability but it never laid flat after owning it over a year.
Beautiful rug. It's absolutely shameful how this rug was shipped! Merchant needs to learn how to roll rugs for storage and shipping. Some wrinkles cannot be smoothed out. The edges of the rug will not lay flat! When this happens!, the beauty of the rug is lost. I have laid this rug out; hoping I can get the edges to flatten out. So far, not working! I believe, I will have to return for refund-due to poor care from the merchant.. I read customers reviews and this is the number 1 complaint!!
I love this rug! It's absolutely gorgeous, and matches my lavender bedroom perfectly. You cannot beat the price either!!
I have this in my bedroom and it looks nice but is very stiff. It's ok. I like it but don't love it.
