I purchased a qt. Of two of these beauties. While putting one together there was a hole in the leather where the side arm connects to the seat but BB&B was very helpful in taking care of me.
I absolutely LOVE this sleek sofa couch! My customers are raving about the true leather feel, the beautiful camel color, and the channel style where you can pull off many different looks! The sofa arrived on time, was packaged well and was easy to put together!

Defective / Returned / Good Customer Service The sofa came UPS in two boxes. My husband and I assembled. You need two people. Where the side joined with the back of sofa joints were not lining up. We took apart 3x's but still the same GAP. Too noticeable with it being low profile sofa so returned. Note: Sofa not deep, very small. My opinion sitting Sofa not a lounging sofa. The style to look at nice.
Beautiful piece of furniture. Looks even better in real life than the photos. Mostly easy to couple (two bolts were hard to thread in because of their location). Durability is yet to be ascertained. But the sofa looks rich and beautiful.
Ok, I admit, it was a lot of money to spend on a couch online. I had no idea if it would be a different color, or , worse, badly made. Now I can tell you, don't worry! I bought the couch in camel and it's beyond gorgeous! The color matches and the quality of the materials makes me smile whenever I look at the couch! It looks like it cost triple what I paid.. it's beautiful and, happily, also super comfortable. It leans to the firm side but I would rather this level of support. Can't go wrong with this purchase!

This is a beautiful sofa. My 12 year old grandson and I put it together. Assembly took maybe an hour. The leather is soft and the sofa is extremely comfortable. There is enough room when sitting. The design is also unique m.
