This chair was inexpensive on sale so I wasn't sure what to think since we couldn't sit in it before purchasing. But, happily, it is quite a nice piece. The chair is not bouncy-it doesn't have springs--but it is very soft and firm at the same time. When you sit in it, it's a little harder than you expect it to be but it is comfortable all the same. The size is just right. I don't like giant squishy chairs with giant arms that take up the whole living room. This chair is a good size for anyone to sit in. My son is six feet tall and 210 pounds and he likes the chair a lot. The only thing that makes me not give it five stars is when you put the chair back to its upright position it is a little difficult and tends to slide on our hardwood floor. Reclining the chair is easy and the footrest comes out really quickly with a springing pop. But to put it back down you have to just push on it with your legs and click it back into place. That's a little more difficult and makes the chair slide. So, just a few quirks to get used to. Other than that it came in good time in a box that was still in tact and was easy to install. Just put the back on the body and you're done. I would recommend this chair for anyone who needs a quick extra piece of furniture that's comfy.
I ordered this power lift recliner to prepare for upcoming hip replacement in two weeks. The price was great and delivery was quick. Assembly was simply plugging in the motor AC adapter and snapping in the back. The fabric is very nice and heavy with a nice texture and a sort of very dark olive brown color. Really comfortable. Moves slowly and safely into recline and upright positions. Also on wheels, so easy to move.
