Faulty Measurements

The manufacturer says there is a half-inch deduction on these blinds and to order according to the exact measurements, which would have been 19" and 47" respectively. Upon arrival, we measured and there is no deduction, in fact, some are 1/15" longer than the measurement. I have ordered these blinds for the rest of my home and have never had this issue with there being no deductions. Not sure if I was sent the wrong blinds, but ALL three from this order had the same issue. Very disappointed. It is not easy to return blinds, and now we have to put the old ones back up.
