Purchased this item for a school auction to raise money. It was a hit, and with the addition of some gardening items, sold for the highest price in auction.Well built and sturdy, easy assembly. the only drawback was that the hooks and shelf on top were too close together.
I have an indoor, screen-roofed, atrium where I plant flowers and herbs. Now that I have most of the herb pots on this rack, there is much more usable space in the atrium and it is a lot more welcoming with a cast aluminum garden bench, side tables and chaise along with the original cast aluminum bistro table and chairs. Because of reading a previous customer's review of the rack, I sprayed lacquer over the top and bottom of the shelves to delay rust from forming. So far (about 5 months) they look fine. The rack folds and moves easily. This was very helpful for taking the rack out of the summer sun and rain and placing it in the garage while I am not in Florida during the summer. I am very happy with the purchase and receive many compliments on it.
THIS WAS JUST THE ITEM I NEEDED FOR RE-POTTING MY PLANTS AND OTHER VARIOUS PROJECTS. UT WAS VERY STEADY, WITH AMPLE ROOM ON THE TOP AND LOWER SHELVE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. S.M.
Assembled easily with one person. My wife had been wanting a potting bench for awhile, but really like this one. I gave it to her for Mother's Day, and it arrived just in time. Finish looks like teak, and it seems to be holding up well to the weather. I would have liked to seen a little more reinforcment for the top table surface. The smaller storage shelf below he table top seems adequate for several containers of potting soil, implements, etc.
