This fulton is TERRIBLE. Hard to let down and up. I'm getting a refund
I have had this for awhile and now is proper time for review. It arrived in a timely manner and good shape. Once it was all laid out, it was simple to assemble. Real nice finish on the wood, and being I purchased the queen mattress,it takes two to close it up , one can pull out easily. The mattress is very comfortable ! I purchased it for my office downstairs and have actually slept on it every night since.
As described, great quality & price firm and very comfortable easy to open.... but very difficult to close. easy to assemble

I was looking for a nice futon and this one is great! It is comfy, but not plush. It looks good in my kids playroom.

Very nice futon!! Well made frame and easy to assemble. Great sitting couch but alittle firm when used as bed for my taste. Over all very good.
We are absolutely thrilled with this futon! It's super comfortable both as a couch and as a bed and it goes well with my husband's more masculine style because of the bare wood and the neutral color of the cushion goes well with my boho style. Our son was able to bring the boxes up to the second floor by himself and my husband had it put together before I even got home. It does require two people with a bit of upper body strength to convert from futon to couch.
The quality is as shown in the ad. Futon is comfortable to sit and sleep on. The bad, I ordered grey/brown and rec'd linen stone. With 2 furniture warehouses in 15 miles of my home, my order was sent from Minneapolis, Minnesota. I think your company could benefit from the services of a good traffic mgr.
