These are Good quality. We used these in a rental property and they worked out great. We also found some water proof futon covers that we use on these. They have stood up well.
Great quality, very comfortable and great use of space in a small room!
Keeps sliding down on the frame, would have been nice if there was a way to keep it on and straight.
For the price is works however I had to purchase a pillow topper for it so we didn't feel the frame of the futon under it. For a night or so it is okay, however for entended stays from guests might be an issue.

This futon is a perfect size and comfortable, I bought it to replace another one that my dogs chewed up. So far, so good they are not trying to eat this one! Very satisfied!

We used this to replace our original futon mattress. Now it is comfortable to use as both a couch and bed.
My mattress came with tear in the seam. The mattress fabric seems cheap and thin. You can see the shading of the stuffing through the fabric. See my photos. I called right away when I saw the tear and I was told to pack it up and return it to ups. It would be next to impossible for me to repack this mattress that had been machine wrapped when it was shipped to me. I was told I would get a call in 4 to 5 business days to try and get it resolved. I guess I will see what happens. I am just fearful that over time the tear will only get worse since the fabric is not top quality. I think the overall look is okay.
Very comfortable and worth the price. We use this in our office as we have a futon and desk. Plenty of space for two people to lay on the futon and it is daily plush.
