We bought an entire bedroom set, brand new, about a year ago, and several knobs have broken and continue to break (see photo). The drawers also keep popping open and do not stay shut. We are beyond disappointed and feel that this is inexcusable given what we paid.
My drawers consistently refuse to stay in place; it's as if they're not catching securely, despite ensuring that they are perfectly level. Even just walking by the dresser causes the drawers to slide out, making it incredibly frustrating to use. There is zero response or help with this. All they say is take it back to where you got it.
We bought the chest and dresser. We like the furniture overall, but the drawer pulls have been a problem. I'm pretty handy so I was able to rig something to make repairs but based on these reviews they really should be by Flexsreel.
I bought this bedroom suite a few years ago and even went back and bought king size bed after buying queen to begin with but now unfortunately we have had to glue knobs back on and one with the knocker not able to fix. Love the furniture but hate the hardware.
I bought this set about 18 month ago. I travel a lot and have been gone over 9 months since I bought it. I was just cleaning out my drawers yesterday and the bottom drawer would not slide back in even though it was empty. In trying to see what was wrong, I see that the entire drawer slide that should be connected to the chest was falling off. Not sure how to turn in a claim to get this fixed. I just know I am very disappointed in the quality of the construction. I am sure this drawer has not been opened more than a dozen times since purchasing.
We bought this furniture a couple of months ago, two of the pull rings have already busted on the nightstands. Very poor quality!!
We are pleased with the Plymouth Bedroom Set, but we have run into an issue with one of our drawer pull rings. It broke and we cannot find anywhere to buy a replacement.
I bought this bedroom set about a year ago. My retailer went out of business. My knobs keeps breaking off the dresser. The drawer is not out of align or over capacity. I wouldn't think an item of flexsteel furniture would break that easily.
I have to agree with the previous reviewer that the hardware used on this is horrible. One of the top drawers is difficult to open and close, so it's empty. This morning, the knob fell off for no reason. Nobody was even touching the chest at the time. We also have a full set of the bedroom furniture, and now I'm just praying that nothing else decides to just fall off.
I bought a complete set of the Plymouth bed room furniture. I have already had 3 failure's of the hardware 1 knob and 2 Ring pulls. Contacted the company and they will not send the customer anything it has to come from the place where you bought it. Anyway they definitely do not use superior materials actually the hardware wis pathetic
