So I spent a good amount of time looking for a decorative, modern shutoff valve my vanity. The vanity has an exposed bottom and required decorative fittings. I did not want the cheap chrome ones from home depot because I don't like the way they look and I think they are cheap. I found these types of valves at plumbing supply houses on the web for around $75 each!! I said no way. Then, I found these and was very skeptical. Why were they so cheap compared to the other, similar valves that I found? I ordered one valve to ensure that it was a quality product, which it was. In fact, it is a very high quality product. It also includes a matching stem and escutcheon plate. I ordered 3 of these, 2 for the vanity 1 for the toilet. The ONLY downside is that this kit DOES NOT include a sleeve, the part that will decoratively cover the ugly copper stub outs. However, I found a cheap workaround. Use the cylindrical shaft from small Solar lights, such as the ones found at Home Depot. They are about 2-5 dollars. Quality product. Highly Recommend
Beautiful quality product however it was ordered separate from the faucets because the faucets came without handles. I did not know this until installation. The handles also came without screws. My plumber obtained screws from Grohe but they were too short.
