I only received one food tote so I waited for a week and nothing arrived. I e-mailed overstock and within a week the other food tote arrived. I am a satisfied customer.
These were sold in sets of two. Accidentally, I only got one. I contacted customer service, and after explaining my problem, in a couple of days the second one came. Overstock was prompt and helpful in resolving the issue. Again, it shows that Overstock.com is customer focused.
