Really like the bowls. They are lightweight but not fragile. Good surfaces.

I have always used steel bowls, however, I have never seen bowl in such a pleasant color. I will be purchasing the three piece set net.

  • Non reactive bowls

Non reactive bowls are so hard to find, but here they are. I wish they matched the other *** blue-spotty items, but they don't. And I wish I could get whole sets of cookware that are enamel on steel, but it's out of fashion (how silly is that?). It came with silly instructions like "don't use it in the dishwasher" and junk like that. If you've used enamel on steel before you know that those are cover yourself statements designed to reduce their requirement of replacing items that are defective. I'm not a perfectionist in the kitchen, probably nobody is, so for them to make odd demands is just silly. It's already unable to be used in the microwave, so don't kill your product by over limiting it. If I'm making a stew or sauce and I need to keep chopped acidic veggies and fruits fresh until they're ready to go into the pot, I use these. They're pretty and they don't react with acids or anything else.
