  • Flimsy lid
    Verified Purchase

The top to this was very flimsy thin plastic and yet when you put it together you would have needed to drill holes in it. I couldn't see how to do this without damaging the lid so I returned it.

  • Cold Frame Greenhouse

Very cheaply made and highly overpriced. The max I'd pay for an item like this in a store would be ***. Very disappointed. Do not waste your money.

The top is just a piece of plastic. 30 min to put together. Works good.

  • I returned this one - very flimsy
    Verified Purchase

The description says, "The Pallram raised cold-frame greenhouse features extra strong galvanized steel shelves and virtually unbreakable polycarbonate sides and lid." While it's true that the shelves are galvanized steel (must wear gloves while assembling or you will get cut), the top of this is incredibly flimsy and looks to be easily breakable/bendable/scratchable. I bought a pair of headphones from the store the other day and the plastic used in that package appears to be this same grade of plastic. I expected it to be thicker. The assembly instructions also seemed quite complicated and my house has dozens of pieces of Ikea-type furniture, so I consider myself pretty adequate in this area. I returned this and cannot recommend it.

  • excellent product

Purchased as a gift for my Dad who loves to garden. Great height for those who are having trouble bending over to garden. He loves it and has started many new plants.
