Oversized joke

First of all thr entire experience with overstock was horrible. From stuff looking nothing as advertised to stuff not ever shoring up. The couch can't vacuum sealed in 3 boxes. All cushions completely flat. Figured they would fluff up over the next couple days. Been 2 weeks. Nothing flat hard couch. Not remotely overstuffed. Feels like you're 6 inches off the floor. Not only that they sent the wrong size and color. Yeah they offered a refund if I box it all up and send it back. Even if I had the original boxes it wouldn't go. Waste of money.
