A really heavy wok but the best I have in my kitchen right now! I use it on a stove-top and I love the fact that I don't have to hold the sides while cooking. It stay in its position and the handles never get hot. The moisture of the meat stays consistent and nothing comes out dry or over cooked.
I really like Chinese Stir-Fries, especially hot and spicy green beans. In the heat of Summer, stir-frying outside on the grill keeps the kitchen cool and clean. You can cook anything in a cast iron wok and have great results!
