It arrived early, and it was well packaged. The stand was packaged separately from the chair and they also arrived together, but in two big boxes. I was able to put both pieces together by myself, and I am a woman. I was so excited to complete this task, but when I hung the chair, the stand tiled over as if it was too heavy for the stand. I called Overstock Customer Service and they were so helpful and gave me so many options that I can take. Thanks, Overstock! I will return it asap.
