These are the greatest shoes to have by the door. I can run out in the rain for the paper, I've worn them to the grocery store, yard work for sure! They are great. I have two pair.
Idea is good: to be able to make your own mulch and clean the yard at the same time, however machine is good only for small straight brunches. We still use it, however it would be nice not to spend too much time preparing sticks for chopping.
I reviewed so many shredders before deciding to get this one for my husband. The biggest problem was finding a site where you could buy a simple household shredder that didn't cost hundreds of dollars. As the other review suggests the directions for putting the unit together are unclear in some places but my husband was able to get it together and working within an hour. Our yard clippings have been piling up for months waiting for us to get a shredder and they were gone within 2 days of only 3 hrs of shredding. Only once did we see sparks fly out of the machine which we think was caused by us accidently throwing a rock into the machine. I uses ordinary garbage bags to collect the mulch. So far it's a great unit. Don't expect to be able to put in really thick branches but half an inch to inch diameter branches it seems to take care of with ease.
This is a nice boot for working in the yard. I was hoping to be able to wear them to the garden center, but they don't fit high enough on the back of my foot. So I woul be afraid to step out of them while I was walking. The boot is a well made rubber though and will be good enough to wear in the garden. Regarding the message that the user should order 1 size up, that's probably a good idea. I'm glad I didn't though because of the back of the boot. No worries, Overstock usually comes through so this is not a problem for me. I will continue to shop there.
