Good value for a basic luggage rack. I like the ample width for a standard suitcase. Finish is a glossy espresso brown with black nylon web straps. I misread and thought this is black, but I'm keeping the pair because of size and quality for the price point. 4 stars because like any luggage rack in its class, it has some opportunities for basic design improvements: it folds but not completely flat, doesn't have rubber feet to protect flooring, wood is light weight, soft, and inexpensive -- probably pine, vs walnut for example. Another $50 would get a 5 star rack, but my guest room is not a 5 star hotel so it works out.
Arrived quickly, well packed and in good condition. The instructions are just like all the instructions on assembly required furniture-so, so, but doable. I have it in my bathroom, and it looks really nice. This is of course not a heavy duty piece of furniture, but it is exactly as described and is perfect for extra storage. I put all my pretties in it because of the glass doors, but a few things that weren't exactly pretty, I put behind some frosted paper that I added to the bottom shelf section of the door, I really like the look of the frosted section. I think if you choose this for what it is, an inexpensive little cabinet for "extra storage" you will be very happy.
I love these. Ended up buying a bunch in different colors. My closet and craft rooms look so much better. They're inexpensive and a great size. Plus they hide some of the mess.
For an inexpensive shoe holder, this is perfect. It is made of particle board and you have to assemble EVERYTHING. Plan on at least an our to set up as it literally ships as boards, screws, plastic hinges and instructions. Again, this is why it is inexpensive. Once assembled, it works as promised. It cleaned up my entry way a lot. My only gripe is that the inexpensive materials will not last - I would guess this is a 5 or 10 year life product max.
