This is a fun and stylish light. It was easy to install and we ended up buying another one to match in our entry way. Quality is wonderful.

Love it! This item takes me back to my cultural roots of Europe. It was great incorporating this style along with the vanity lights into a Eurasia bathroom design. The LED lighting suited this fixture to perfection.

I love my light and would buy this again! I have been diligently searching for a mid-century modern style ceiling light that didn't hang down too far (low ceilings) for several years that wouldn't break my bank. I was pleased that this looked just like it does on the site since I took a risk and ordered something with no other reviews. The 3 blubs (I think I used 60 watt ceiling fan bulbs) give off a nice medium light through the diffuser on the bottom. Plenty of light to light up my living room to read by, but nothing to harsh. Still feels like a warm light instead of a bright light if that makes sense. The diffuser on the bottom is glass, but it's frosted (the part that faces the floor is shiny glass). The drum on the inside is made of material and is a slight off white; the drum is open at the top (so light comes out the top and their may be issues with bugs dying inside and being visible lying on the glass diffuser). The metal looks like aged bronze, as described. It is not very heavy, and the lattice work probably would bend if you somehow managed to squeeze this too hard while trying to install it (but you'd have to put some decent pressure.
