    I've owned a Bradley smoker for about 4 years & use it almost as much as the BBQ grill. I purchased this for a real estate client as a thank you gift. This model happens to be the base model for Bradley, but mine has performed without fail for years. The convenience can't be beat...just preheat it, season your meat, veggies, cheese or whatever, load the wood discs, place it in the smoker and you can leave it for hours. The wood smoke "pucks" advance automatically onto the heating coil. I would recommend purchasing the cover and mine has oxidized from the weather and sun. I store it in a covered patio area now with a cover. It comes with recipe suggestions to get you started. The smell while you're cooking is awesome!

    Well I have smoked chicken and ribs on this smoker. Heating to 200 degrees is a stretch even in sunny 90 degree weather. With the chicken I used tin foil pans that made clean up a breeze. After reading about the smoker they said this cuts down on the smoker's temperature so with the ribs I justed used the racks. What a mess clean up took forever (and still isn't finished). The food tasted great but it did with my older smoker too.

    Great quality and amounts of smoke produced. Just very under powered so don't think about using the heating features under 40 degrees - it will take 5-6 hrs for two chickens. I could't get the temp to rise about 175 in 40 degree weather. Would be great for cold smoking or to finish on a gas grill for most meats.

Temperature is very easy to maintain as long as you do not open the door. The only negative is if you're cooking several things with different cooking times this model takes several minutes to get back up to temp after door opens. Smoke bisquets with auto feed is great, cooking quality and smoke quality as good as you will find for the money.
