I wanted an office chair with 4 casters. this one does not adjust to height or backrest. I do like the height of the backrest so I can lean back and get my neck tilted fully. good value for the price.
I ordered this chair because the description indicated that it was assembled. However, to my surpise and dissapointment the chair arrived unassembled. As I indicated to the customer service representative, the description should be corrected, so that other customers won't make the same mistake. I subsequently returned the chair. Therefore, I can't evaluate the quality.
Had to cut plastic out of one of the screw holes when putting this together. The top of the black plastic was faded. Seems comfortable. would give 5 starts if there was no fading to issues putting it together. For an expensive chair this should have no issues.
Needed guest chairs for an office and purchased these. They did not disappoint. Glides easily with casters, sturdy and a great value. Could purchase similar for a lot more money. Definitely would consider buying again.
We purchased 8 of these chairs for our office conference rooms. They are great! Everyone compliments how comfortable they are. The wheels work effortlessly and you cant find anything better for that price!
Good comfy chairs, easy to put together (I do recommend having 2 people to help hold while others screw), they roll easily, good support, happy with my purchase.
We've had this for several years. We replaced the wheels with roller blade style to protect our wood floor. My kids mostly use it and therefore can be rough. Has held up great, easy to clean spills.
I am very happy with this chair. My 86 year old mother finds it very convenient to use it as a dining chair. The wheels help her move the chair forward and back as needed. It is also ergonomic with a great back support. I am ordering a second one for my elderly uncle. The assembly of the back is very difficult since the holes do not line up properly. It requires two people to assemble the back piece, one strong person to push together the chair arms so that the holes would align and the second person to put the screws on.
I am happy with our purchase, the assembly required 2 people to screw in the back support...not a big deal though. I would buy again.
We needed a chair with wheels and arms for my elderly mother to use at the dining room table. She's 135 lbs and we had previously had to lift her on our dining room chair to bring her to the table. This chair is perfect. I only wish it had breaks on the wheels but it serves the purpose. Comfortable too.
