The item arrived as expected, and is of excellent quality.
When you order a chair online and can't sit in it to try it out, you never know what you are going to get. I have back problems and need a comfortable chair. This was definitely a great online purchase. It was more comfortable than any I tried at the office store. It was very easy to put together by myself. One of the nicest features is how you can move the arms up out of the way if needed. I don't think the description tells you about that feature.

I looked around for a long time for a chair that had a rise than the standard 18-20 inch chair height. This one does it and it doesn't compress if someone heavier sits in the chair. The seat is firm, but comfy. It was a little wider than I expected, quite roomy, but not so large as to look oversized. This is the third chair I've purchased - third must be a charm - this is a keeper!!!
Ordered this chair for its looks, the mesh back, flip-up arms, and faux-leather seat which is easy to clean. The chair is not as cushy as I'm used to in the ergonomic chairs you see at office stores. This may be because the chair is of professional durability and rated for 8-hour workdays, so the foam needs to be quite firm to last at least 5 years under those conditions. I was also surprised at how big it is - perhaps it's the "manager chair" standard to make them really wide, or maybe the Taiwan factories just assume we're all fat over here. Anyway, the seat is also quite deep so it would've helped to have the back/seat relationship be adjustable (I'm 5'8"). Other than these quibbles it's clearly a nice-looking, quality product that will last and a good deal for the price .
