Headrest had major issues coming out forward too much. Re-engineered it by flipping mounting bracket 180 to reverse it. Then forced the headrest mount onto the bracket because of some fitment issues. Added washers to allow tightening.
Not comfortable, quality was ok but no lumbar support so that's why I am returning.
I bought this chair for my husband's at home office as a Christmas gift. He loves it. The chair is sturdy and comfortable. He is 6'3 and 250lbs. The assembly wasn't bad at all. Picture is exactly what the chair looks like once assembled.
Quality is great, easy to assemble. My first chair to assemble so it was pretty easy and great thing is it as head rest which i am loving. Definitely recommend the chair

If you read the poor reviews for this item it is by people whining about why their $1,000 chair at work is better than this one. I have the predecessor to this one which lasted 8 years. One of the arm rests has rubber that is now fraying again but it's still usable. On the chair the screws under the seat need tightening occasionally as do the arm rests. The armrests are very slightly wobbly but not really noticeable unless you want to think about it. I find the lumbar support is fine for most people and it can be a matter of preference as to whether it really goes low enough. If you're 5'2" and under then you should consider that many items may not be fit exactly for your size. I can say that my friends who are 5'4" say it's fine. The mesh is relaxing, breathes easily but does need to be dusted and vacuumed if you're in a room that gets dusty. It will accumulate dust. The head rest is also fine. Uncomfortable? don't know what that means in this context. Has a small pad for the base of the head. However I can see it getting challenging if you are around or less than 5'4" or so because of the chair height. It has some adjustments but not the high power adjustments like angling the back of the chair forward or back. It is very comfortable to sit in the chair for many, many hours once you have it set right. Leaning back is nice and supportive. But it is not a reclining lean as many wish to have, just supporting your head when you want to push back a little. For the money, it's a fantastic chair for a home office.
This chair is replacing one that is eight years old and cost [$]. It is used as a computer chair in a home/office. The new chair is comparable in quality, design, and comfort to the old one. The adjustable arms allow for close desk work. The head rest is great for "kickin back". I'm well satisfied with this product.
Like others have said, the headrest is positioned too far forward for me. It does not come with an adjustable depth. Fortunately the way it is designed makes this an easy fix. You can just get longer screws (5/16th) and some washers / spacers to adjust it as needed. , ,,,,,, , ,,,,,,,,,,,,, I went to a home improvement store and purchased 4 - 3/8th nylon spacers (.375" thick) and two 5/16" x 2" cap screws. I then reattached the headrest using these spacers and screws, and the headrest is just right. took me about 30 seconds to attach once i had the parts. , ,,,,,,,,,,,, , ,,,,,,,,,,,,, Now that the headrest is in the right place, this is the perfect chair.
This is an excellent chair for a tall man. I am 6'2" and have had several problems with chairs where the bottom seat cuts off too short on my leg. Not with this chair! The seat is perfect and the back and neck support is excellent. I sit on this chair for 9+ hours a day and am extremely pleased. , ,,,,,,, , ,,,,,,,,,,,,, I have had several colleagues try this chair who are shorter in stature. They feel the chair is too big for them so I would not recommend for anyone shorter than 5' 11" or so. , ,,,,,,,,,,,,, , ,,,,,,,,,,,,, Great value for product!
