Good storage cabinet, able to move move easily with the wheels. Lock works but isn't the strongest so I wouldn't count on it preventing theft if someone intends on getting into the drawers for valuables. Over packing the drawers with heavy items can result with the drawer warping when trying to pull it open. Overall it's functional but not built as well as it could have been.
It is a good three drawer file cabinet. Fits nicely under my desk and has smooth bearings. I use it daily and have lots of files in it, but the drawers still move nicely. Good finish, standard lock.
