This chair is quite inexpensive, and so you'd expect some quality compromises. In this case I'd rate the appearance 5-stars, so it's the functionality where my rating gets chopped down to 3-stars. Still positive, but not stellar. The up-down lever adjustment doesn't give the seat much travel, so you'll want to be sure the chair's limited height range will work with your desk. The second adjustment -- a big knob near the center underneath the chair -- doesn't appear to do anything. Presumably, it adjusts the stiffness/softness of the chair's ability to lean back, but I don't detect any effect. The chair remains stiffly upright, which is exactly what I'd want anyway. Finally, the seat itself feels a bit cheap: too forgiving, like a sofa cushion that needs the occasional fluffing up -- except it's an attached seat which can't be fluffed. But as I said, I'm overall happy with this product and it looks great.
Chair looks and is amazing when new after 6 hours 5 days a week. The foam will give way and you will be on the cardboard or whatever they use. So 3 stars and no real leather which was know before hand. ALSO chair is high sonit won't slide under desks. All in all not worth the 300 to 500 price tag. Deeply disappointed but chair is cool aand back support is amazing. Thus 3 stars. If you can sacrifice office looking chair and get a chair with amazing foam support on thebchair pad in recommend Vertagear.
This chair was easy to put together as well as comfortable. Nice lumbar support and is height adjustable. The metal piece covering the bottom wheelbase rattles a bit but otherwise nice.
Easy to assemble. nice looking chair. Men in office found it uncomfortable; women in office found it comfortable and like it. It is not a heavy-weight chair and the back is very straight and not adjustable. Chair height is easily adjusted.
