 I came into this world in the vibrant city of Delhi in 1983. Those who know me well often describe me as a quick learner, a proficient planner, and someone with a remarkable tolerance for challenges.

During my academic journey, I earned an MBA degree and later pursued an executive management qualification from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management. For a span of 11 years, I dedicated myself to various facets of marketing, encompassing business development, the acquisition of new customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This diverse journey led me through the realms of the automobile, information technology, and healthcare industries.

Throughout my professional career, my interests were drawn toward the strategies for new businesses, brand management, sales promotions, corporate communication, and event management. However, my heart was always deeply committed to social causes, with a special focus on aiding the less fortunate.

During this phase of my life, I had the privilege of encountering numerous artisans and gaining insights into their lives and their remarkable craft. These artisans, using materials like wood, cloth, and threads, created breathtaking handmade crafts. Their artistry left me in awe.

What struck a chord in my heart was the realization that despite the global recognition of their art, these artisans were being compensated so inadequately. They were earning barely enough to cover the most basic necessities, including rent, food, education, and daily expenses.

Fueled by a deep sense of purpose, I decided to leverage my marketing expertise to assist these artisans in marketing their crafts and ensuring they receive the recognition and compensation they genuinely deserve. My mission is clear—to ensure that all artisans earn a fair and just livelihood, enabling them to lead happy and healthy lives.

This very mission motivated me to leave my previous job and embark on this new journey. It's my unwavering commitment to ensure that our artisans are rightfully compensated for their extraordinary work.
