My name is Nohemi Calixto, and I am originally from Mexico City. I am a self-taught artist with a deep passion for colors, shapes, and the endless possibilities of creative expression. Since childhood, I have been drawn to art, experimenting with various techniques and materials to create a unique and vibrant style. Over the years, I've honed my skills and developed my own artistic voice, where I bring to life works filled with emotion and inspiration.

I work primarily with ceramic, crafting beautiful alebrijes - colorful, intricately detailed figurines inspired by traditional Mexican folk art. Each alebrije is a labor of love, where I bring to life fantastical creatures with bright, bold colors and patterns. In addition to my figurines, I also create wall art, where I combine vibrant colors, textures, and shapes to produce one-of-a-kind pieces that are perfect for adding a unique touch to any space.

I work in my personal studio, surrounded by inspiration and the materials I need to bring my creations to life. Every piece is carefully handcrafted, and I take pride in the artistry and craftsmanship that goes into each of them.
