Carpet wearing quickly

Product Option: 3' 11" x 5' 11" - Ivory/Mocha

I purchased this rug in 7x10 size end of March 2025. It arrived beginning of April. I put the rug down a few days later. It's now 6/16/25 and it's beginning to wear in certain spots. I live alone and wear a slippers or socks inside at all times. Not much traffic at all. I called BB and B and they wouldn't replace or credit. Will not purchase from BB and Beyond ever again.
