I love the design of the rug and the quality but I found it sheds a lot. I thought over time it would stop. I think it will eventually but for now I will deal with it because it is a beautiful rug.
Great runner and easy to clean. I have 2 in the kitchen and they get a lot of abuse. The rug looks and feels like real wool but much easier to maintain in high traffic areas. I steam clean the rug with a carpet steamer twice a year and they always look brand new after the cleaning.
it does need a grip backing however. I like the quality
The previous review almost stopped me from ordering this rug, but the combination modern-classic actually works well in my house. It was somewhat misleading that the color green was not mentioned in the description, because it is definitely in there, together with cream and beige, very muted. The rug looks beautiful in my entry hall.
I have been sooo pleased with other rugs and otems ai have ordered from Overstock. This was the first product I have been disapointed by. It was more gray.green than beige/blue color I was anticpiating. It appeared worn and it sheds pretty badly.
After visiting numerous web-sites for a runner rug, I kept returning to this rug. It is perfect for my hall. Colors couldn't be better.......very pleased with purchase. Price was fantastic for the quality.
Not as described. Very soft rug but does not as modern as appeared in description. Very disappointed.
For the price I believe that this runner is a pretty good value. I also purchased an area rug for my foyer at the same time and while they aren't supposed to match I had hope that the colors would be similar as they are both billed as gold. The runner has an odd hue that is slightly green and not a yellow gold. I am going to keep it as it still works for me but another customer might be surprised and not pleased with the color. The delivery was prompt and it was rolled and wrapped in plastic and arrived packaged well. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because of the off color which is misleading.
