Nourison Celestial Abstract Colorful Area Rug

Love this rug! I bought it for the dining room and it's a thin rug so it's easier to scoot the chairs. I would have given it 5 stars, but there was a 2 inch section of the edging that was frayed. I decided I didn't want to deal with sending back such a big rug, so I kept it and used fabric glue to repair it. While it's not perfect, I doubt many folks will notice it. Still, quality control was lacking.

This rug was perfect for my family room! I got an 8'x10'. I was done with shag rugs and was looking for a lower pile rug. I did not need a pad at all. I have older laminate floors...this may be the reason the rug does not slip. The colors are beautiful and still has enough neutral colors for those hesitant for bold colors. It only took like 2 days for the corners to lay flat. I would recommend this for anyone who is looking for a modern fun updated look and rug is durable and practical for kids, grandkids and pets.

This is a lovely area rug. The colors go very well in my living room. I did think it would be somewhat darker by looking at the photo but it is not. I also purchased a pad to go under it and it works well with the rug. I did notice on any given day the price varied. I am please with the free shipping and it was delivered on the estimated delivery day for which I was pleased as I stayed home for the delivery.

I have purchased this rug twice now from Overstock, once as "Nourison Celestial Sealife" and then "Curated Nomad Elsie". The rugs are identical even though their sizes are listed slightly different and the names are different. The only reason I had to buy a replacement was pet potty issues-the rug is great quality and very hardy. The colors are bright and just as pictured on the website. I hope they keep producing this rug as I may have to purchase another!

I am so pleased with the Nourison Celestial Sea life area rug and thrilled that it arrived so quickly. I just moved and it adds so much and really anchors my kitchen. I love the many colors and the fluidity of the design..

I love the multi-color scheme, which is why I got this rug. I use it in a spare bedroom and I'll be able to change and vary accent colors in time as I wish. I'll also be able to rotate the rug and have different colors stand out if I choose. Everyone who has seen this rug in my house likes it. The photo I attached has the teal and grey color showing more because grey and teal are going to be the accent colors of the room to start--and thought they would not show dirt from traffic as much as the lighter colored areas of the rug. There are very nice yellows/oranges/reds under the bed and on the opposite side of the bed in the photo, which you can't see. I paired it with the Mohawk rug pad and it adds some cushion. I highly recommend at least a thin pad under this rug. I am happy with this purchase.

I was very pleased with this area rug. Perfect size for my living room. Colors will blend in with most decor . If you are on the fence about this rug you will not be sorry on this purchase.

Love the Celestial Nourison Area Rug!! Colors are muted but lively. Rug rolled out easily and laid flat with just a little upward curve on inner end but eased out to flatten quickly. I am very happy with the artsy color tones and the feel of the rug is soft under foot. Highly recommend this rug!!

The colors in this area rug are gorgeous! This is a good quality rug. I love that I can change the accent colors in my room to any color and the rug will still match.

The color is beautiful but the rug is very thin and light. Not worth the price, needs to be much cheaper. I did keep it because I like the color, and I hate returning.

This rug is even more gorgeous in person. It is plush and feels so great to walk on.

This is an amazing rug especially for the price I paid. It’s very soft to walk on and the colors are accurately portrayed in the photos. The rug was delivered rolled and wrapped in plastic so it was easy for me to place it exactly where I wanted it then simply unroll it. After just two days of laying flat on my floor the rugs is perfectly flat. The quality of the binding was good on all sides and corners. Just looking at this rug, with all the beautiful colors, brings a smile to my face!

I ordered two of these rugs to compliment one of the other Nourison large rugs in a dark color. They are light and airy in color, and appear to be of reasonable quality. The pattern is a bit granular, and not quite as bright I think as the online photo might indicate. But, if you are looking for something with some color but not too bright, they are a good fit.

I really like this right. But the colors seem much more faded in the one that I received than in the one in the picture. Better pics online would be good.

I was looking at this rug online for months! I finally got the courage to buy it...and I absolutely love it. It is under my dining room table and I am going to buy another one for my formal living room. It is nice quality and the colors are beautiful!

Purchased this rug to off set the solid colors of my living room set (it’s grey.) The colors are vibrant and it’s easy to clean. After about a month of wear and tear the main traffic area wasn’t as soft as when first purchased. All in all I really brought the rug for the color design which I still love. It goes well against medium brown hardwood floors.

This rug has a pretty short pile, but is extremely soft. The colors are more vibrant in the photo than in person, which is why I am giving it only 4 stars. I would have liked a little more color!

Beautiful colors, great quality. Enough room under doors to open and close with ease. The description was perfect and it doesn't slide too much on our ceramic tile floors. Will add some carpet stays underneath.

I absolutely love this rug. I purchased the 8ft round and it fits well in the room. I will add that the rug is not very thick, but it can be cushioned with a rug pad. My only complaint is that it still has a few wrinkles and not laying completely flat from the original arrival but it’s not so bad that it is a tripping hazard.

I loved this rug! I originally purchased a 5 foot round for a room but once I ordered it I started cleaning, which led to re-arranging and the next thing I knew it was too small for the area I had created! I added picture anyway - it matched everything great - looked just like it did online. But I had to call and get this one returned and order another one 8 feet. By the way customer service was very helpful and gave me a few options.

Loved the rug & quality & already had the larger version of this rug in another room. Only disappointment is they sent the wrong color. My rug only has blues in it & I ordered the multi colored one to match my first rug.

The rug is thin, definitely needs a pad. I really like the color of this rug. It's not for hard use and it may not last long but it's really pretty and ties a lot of colors together well.
