  • Can't use as a recliner
    Verified Purchase

Very nice chair and looks well made but the recliner quit functioning after a few months. Have to hop off and push in by hand. Not why I spent more and purchased this chair.

  • uncomfortable

this chair is horribly stiff and too, too firm for a recliner! When footrest is up, there is no head support. We're hoping the leather will stretch and soften up over time. It was a gift, so I'm really embarassed. Wish we'd kept the box!

  • Awesome chair!

Great value for this chair. It is hard to find smaller scale recliners period. Most are oversized, over-padded, and just unattractive. To find one that looks good, even harder. Finding one under $1500 is almost impossible. This chair has the looks, quality, and comfort. It is very well made, and yes, when it is brand new, it is a little stiff, but breaks in nicely, and is the perfect recliner in every way. The price is unbeatable.

  • Poor seating/mechanics
    Verified Purchase

It is an uncomfortable shallow chair with poor reclining mechanism that after 1 week, had to be kicked into full sitting position. As a smaller recliner I was happy to have an alternative to a "barcolounger" style but this is a cheap, poorly built chair. Stiff mechanism and difficult to position. Good to look at but not very functional.

  • Excellent.
    Verified Purchase

The chair is awesome for its purpose. We needed a small recliner and this fits the bill. I would like the seat to be a little more comfortable. Hopefully with use the cushion will be more relaxed after break-in period.
