Fully meets the need...

Perfect size and color. Matches my bathroom color scheme very well. Worked immediately on installing batteries. Was a bit sensitive initially and seemed to open for no reason, but no longer occurring. May have just as easily been user error / need to get used to how the product functions. Issue no longer occurring. Purchased the trash can for placement in the commode area, but I've since determined it fits well beneath my sink counter, and the top is not obstructed / hitting the undercarriage of the counter when its fully extended in an open position. Having this insight, I'm likely to purchase a matching unit for the opposing double sink so each side bas benefit of their own trash can. This will aid in filling the one of too quickly. With two we should be able to go the entire week and discard on Thursday evenings just in time for Friday morning trash pick up. I'll still need to address the initial case of a trash can for the cormmode room if the plan is to now purchase a 2nd one for the double sink which is the right move. The question becomes whether to purchase two additional identical units or look try and find another slightly different look for the commode room.
The trash can arrived relatively quick, though my BBB account reflects the item delivery as delayed, not yet received. This is the second time in a many orders I experienced some level of issue with the shipping, delivery, overall communication of product tracking & status on a BBB order. Somewhat concerning and cause for a raised eyebrow.
The unit was simple to set up. Install the batteries, extract the bag rim and insert a bag, reinsert the bag and rim into the trash can with the bag looped over the rim but not visible outside the trash can. From there, all set and ready for use. It's been about 8-10 days and no issues thus far.
Appears sturdy enough to last a couple of years at least pending no issues with the automation mechanism.

This is not white. This is sort of beige. The trashcan works good so far and it's pretty large. I may go for a smaller one next time.
