I love the abstract design, & the colors are a true white, & a mixture of dark & light grays...no Creme, which so many rugs have, & I personally don't like. It is soft on your feet.
THE RUG IS GORGEOUS IN PERSON! THE PILE HEIGHT IS GREAT AND VERY SOFT! IT HAS HIGH AND LOW TEXTURES, AND THE COLORS ARE LITTERALY CHANGING AS YOU WALK! IT APPEARS LIGHT SILVERY FROM FAR, AND DARK SILVER GREY AS YOU GET CLOSE! SO PRETTY. I FIND MYSELF STARRING AT IT VERY OFTEN LOL - for some reason I can't upload the pictures
We've had great luck with rugs on Overstock but this was not our best purchase. (For full disclosure - we've realized we prefer wool rugs with a more traditional pattern so some of my thoughts may be more a matter of personal preference.) The pattern and colors are true to the picture. However, the edges never have flattened out, and the rug still has a chemical smell after many months. It looks very synthetic. We're replacing it with a wool rug.
This is a great area rug. It looks exactly as on the photo. It has a nice comfortable feel and beautiful look. I am using it in the master bedroom by the bed and it look beautiful and elegant.
The photo does not do this rung justice. The colors are so pretty. A silvery gray with hues of deep pewter and cream. The short pile is super soft and plush under the feet. The rug has variant textures where the darker threads run through it. It's rich and lush. I wasn't expecting that. I've only had it for a few hours, but I'm in love with it. I will update this review once it has had a few vacuums and some wear. But so far, I'm impressed!
