Love the design and ease of use. Very easy step by step instructions to install in 20-30 mins. Also love MOENS Service support through out the years. They do stand behind it
Installed this faucet and liked the features, but the handle hub broke after just a few light uses. I tried to glue the piece but it didn't work either. The hub gets a lot of pressure from the handle and can't believe it's made of such weak plastic.
I deeply regret purchasing this faucet. The faucet will not stay tight to the counter and constantly needs someone to crawl underneath and tighten it. It cannot be left to drip in cold weather, as it will turn itself off, which resulted in my line freezing and water all over my kitchen cabinets/floor. It's also very difficult to get anything less than a full stream going as the faucet is largely either fully on or completely off. Between the weight that pulls the sprayer back in and all of the parts for the motion sensor, it takes up a fair amount of space under the cabinet. Overall, it's been an endless hassle. I've lived in many homes and never regretted purchasing a faucet before until this one.
Excellent faucet so far! It's beautiful and great quality even up to the spray head!
