It is very close to the floor. It would be ok for someone with short legs & I'm 5'3"… It should be a normal height chaise lounger like a sofa. We bought a chaise lounger that is the normal height of a sofa over 27 yrs ago & it was very sturdy also with wood trim. The foam cushion on top is attached unlike this one but it has finally gotten worn down. We were hoping to get another great chaise lounger. It is hard to send anything back to some companies on line. Guess we will use it for grand daughters, they are young & can climb on it. I will be shopping locally to find a nice chaise longer with a sectional sofa. Buyer beware.
I love this chair. I purchased the item on the left and plan to buy the one on the right as well. Together, they create a spacious sofa. The price is quite reasonable too.

This looks super cozy! Perfect for winter, and it seems so easy to keep clean!
I've had this chaise about 3.5 weeks now and I'm not disappointed. The orange color is more of a burnt orange which looks really nice. The chaise sits kinda low but that's due to the legs being around 2.5 inches or so. It's very comfortable and serves It's purpose.
I absolutely love the chaise and it is very comfortable and instructions are clear on set up. Although where screws had to be put in the holes were not made in the material to insert them. I was also missing one of the screws, but luckily found one that worked. One last thing was taking it out of the box, the zip ties that they use are not easily cut and cut into the fabric. I would 100% recommend the chaise itself, but the assembly for screws needs to be fixed and the boxing.
I appreciate the beige color, which is larger than I anticipated. It is quite comfortable to lie on, and the two cushions enhance my comfort. My two children can easily relax on it together, and the fabric feels pleasant to the touch. I am very satisfied!
