My color scheme is black, gray & gold. These gold place mats look really nice on my dining area table. They add some glam & class.

These are really foil like shiny. If that is look you want hou will like them. I you want a muted gold you might not be happy. I wanted a less shiny gold. Shows less shiny in pics. However, I will just use them for Christmas.

I will keep these but not happy with them. They seem too tightly woven in the center so have a slight curve rather than laying flat. With a plate on them they are fine but to just have sitting on the table not so great because of not being flat.
