Chair is comfortable, more to putting it together than I thought. I tried the massage and heat on the day I had it assembled and it was great. Today I tried it and it doesn't work. I hit the massage button and it goes out right away, same for hear.
The recliner was too short for my size and legs. I'm 5'8" and 240 lbs. It was not as comfortable and the arms were not wide
Very soft material. Well made easy to put together. The whole family loves it. I'm 5'3 my son-in-law is 5'11 we are both very comfortable in it. Would highly recommend chair
Quality product but just defective
Product is not tall enough in the back due to wrong size but great fabrics and controls
This chair offered a very good value with a lot of extra perks! Navy blue is a difficult color to find and this was a true navy—which is what I wanted.
Has not passed the test of time yet,but appears to be a good chair,every thing works for now! Very comfortable. Assemblies very easily. Very heavy!
Arrived fairly quickly. The ability to lift to a near standing position is a real plus. Am awaiting hip replacement surgery and this function takes so much stress of my hip and knee. Massage/Heat control had issues which customer service is taking care of quickly. The leg rest and back rest are not totally independent. When lifting the legs the back reclines a touch more than I would have liked before using the back rest portion of the control. Lumbar pillow was included which is great! Can't speak to the massage portion but the heat is great.
This McCombo chair is no doubt the finest lift chair on the mark. I'm home from recent hip surgery and not only is the chair built of quality, all features are a blessing from the heat, massage and lift function. Plus the 2 motor system assures smoother and longer operation. I've studied and tried lift chairs for 10 months and you won't find better quality for the price.
