blue/green rug doesn't have a cream background

I really wanted this rug. I really liked what it looked like in the photo. I had ordered the one with the blue green pattern around the perimeter and a cream colored background when I got it it was not a cream colored background. It was a grayish white mix rather modeled. We even went to the lengths of having a second one sent, and it was the same way. Neither one of them match the picture that was advertised.

kitchen runner

Color was exactly like photo and works great in kitchen just enough cushion with pad so my feet don't get so tired from standing on hard wood floors.

Color not as described/pictured

BEWARE! I ordered the Colonial Blue Martha Stewart by Safavieh. It was beautiful online, loved the IVORY/CREAM base contrast with the delicate colored leaf pattern. I was greatly disappointed that in person, the Ivory/Cream background seen in the photos is in reality a very drab and dark grayish taupe color. So dark in fact that it obscures the leaf pattern. I actually thought they had shipped the wrong rug-but it was confirmed to be the Colonial Blue. Will never purchase a rug from BBB again

I Adore This Rug!

This rug is a stunner. I completes my room beautifully! I have 2 light aqua leather swivel chairs and a love seat that blend wonderfully with the colonial blue rug. The vine design in the rug is raised slightly above the light beige background and is so soft. The rug is wool so it will last a long time. I am so happy with my purchase. One more thing; if you have young children they might be tempted to play with the raised design and possibly pull out some of the fibers. My children are grown so that has not been an issue for me.

It is very disappointing when you order a rug from the picture online. The rug according to the pic was a very light cream colored background. The background in the rug we received was nothing like the pic. The background was a dark tan color. very deceiving!!!

Very pretty and very good quality.

I ordered the colonial blue because I thought it looked like it would coordinate with my greens, but I was worried it would be more blue than the picture depicted. It came just as pictured and I am very happy with it. The design is raised and very comfortable on your feet. I ended up ordering a runner and another rectangular size as well

As many others have said, the background color is nowhere near the same as the photos in real life. The vines/leaves look like the colors represented in the pictures, but the background was not cream, it was sort of tan/beige/light brown. Ruined the whole look imo. Also arrived with a large rip on the back. Returned it.

Very pretty rug but vacuum thoroughly before use

Purchased the Francesca Black color rug and really like the look of it. It has a slight greenish hue to it and is definitely not black. But the main issue with it is how many fibers were coming off it. I vacuumed as soon as I unpacked it. I literally vacuumed 6 canisters of fibers as in the pic and still has a woolen odor to it. I can only imagine how many allergies we would have had if I hadn't vacuumed it prior to use.
