Poor Quality - Would ot Recommend

Received 11/8/21 - Note: box weighs 103lbs and is very awkward to lift b/c it’s so long - need two people to lift. My box arrived badly damaged and the bed was sticking out. When I went to open it, the package wasn't sealed. After unpacking it, I waited days without sleeping on it and realized that it’s NOT 12” High as indicated in the product description. It's more like 10". Few inches shorter so that’s disappointing. The pamphlet that was attached on the box shows "Inventory 2018" and said to open before the date I actually received. These products have a shelf life and this one was old inventory. It's been sitting around since 2018! This bed never fully inflated to where it should have been. Awful quality. I went to carefully reposition the mattress using the fabric handles, two ripped. This isn’t Overstocks fault but very disappointing for this price. I feel deceived given the height and the fact it ripped already. And, when I finally laid on it, it was awful. Thank you Overstock, for making this right! You have great customer service.

Excellent European mattress
I have owned this mattress a few years now and think it's fantastic. This is a European company that you don't hear much of in the US but it's an outstanding mattress by European standards. This mattress has an entire cover that can be taken off and laundered. ( I took mine to the dry cleaners). I would say this is a medium firmness with a nice softness to it as well. I sleep on my back mostly but also on my sides and sleep very well. I think the mattress is excellent.
