I bought two of these slipcovers for my couch and loveseat and they've held up really well. At first, there's some lint rub off from the underside, but this goes away with a couple of washes. However, you'll definitely want to empty your dryer's lint trap afterward. I have several dogs and they haven't torn or disfigured these slipcovers at all. They come clean in the wash and for the most part, stay tucked, mainly due to the foam rod that's included in the package. This little gem works great and keeps the fabric tucked into the seats nicely. These slipcovers certainly look nice and have kept their color well. I do wash them in cold water though. They are large enough to cover my furniture completely and go all the way to the bottom both in front and in back. They were also reasonably priced and they give my older leather sofas a nice new look. I like everything about them and would purchase them again. I'm now looking for new slipcovers for the living room loveseats and would like to purchase the same style, just in a different hue. I highly recommend this style and fabric. If it can stand up to my dogs abuse, it will work for anyone.
This is bright! We're using on a leather loveseat on an outside covered backyard porch. It's held up very well through several washings. Very stretchy. Instead of buying grippers, we use inexpensive foam pool noodles and they work great for us. Without grippers would never stay on a leather sofa but may work good on fabric. Keeps the leather a little warmer in winter and our legs from sticking in summer. It's very bright, though. I probably wouldn't pick this color for a living room but to each his/her own! It's much nicer than we were expecting as I'm not a big fan of slipcovers due to the way they always seem difficult to keep looking 'neat.' Fabric fits tightly and has plenty of room to tuck. It could be too thin if you are covering patterned deep colored furniture but ours is neutral so we don't notice a problem with it. Price is right, machine wash/dry is great! No shrinkage or pilling at all. If you want a stretchy t-shirt type material, hard to go wrong with these.
Slipcovers can be hard to fit. This looks nice, and wears well. But it just doesn't fit right and constantly has to be "tucked in." It could be altered to fit correctly if I wanted to drag out the sewing machine.
